Luxury Interior Design for Characterful Homes

Traditional kitchen with a sage green island, cream Shaker cabinets, pink and white checkerboard tiles and brass fittings.

An independent interior design studio based in Shropshire, creating characterful, considered interiors for period homes, renovations, extensions and new builds across the UK.

Where Character Meets Considered Design

I'm drawn to homes with character, whether that's original features in a period property or the opportunity to introduce personality into a new build. My approach brings together architecture, colour, materials and furnishings to create interiors that feel connected to the home and the people living in it.

From the overall layout to the smallest finishing details, I look at how each element works with the next, creating a home that feels cohesive, comfortable and full of character.

  • No two homes, or the people living in them, are the same. I take the time to understand your priorities, how you use your home and what you want to achieve before developing a design that brings everything together.

Rather than applying a signature look to every project, I consider the property, its architecture and your own preferences to create an interior that feels personal, practical and right for the way you live.

  • From the first conversations and initial concepts through to detailed specifications, sourcing and final styling, I guide you through the decisions that shape your home.

Whether you're planning a renovation, extending your existing home or starting with a new build, I bring the design elements together and help you move through the process with a clear direction, considered choices and confidence in the details.

  • Some homes have original features, architectural details and decades of history. Others offer a blank canvas, with the opportunity to introduce character through colour, materials, joinery and carefully chosen furnishings.

I enjoy working with both. My aim is to make the most of what a property has to offer while creating an interior that feels considered, distinctive and suited to the people who call it home.
